You may return any item purchased on dayznite.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:

Fill out the Return Form. This will enable you to initiate your return request which will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. Within 2 business days of submitting a request you will receive your Return Authorization by email, which is required for us to process your return.

Refunds will not be processed unless they pass through our refund Custumer Care portal. If you have any problems with the portal, please contact us at info@dayznite.com

To receive a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. This includes the original packaging and the box in which it was delivered.

Please note that the cost of the initial and return shipping will not be refunded upon return.

Please make sure that your items are returned new, unused and with all DAYZNITE tags attached on the clothing. Refunds that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please wait up to 10 business days to process your refund. 
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is completed.

Payment Methods

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
